A 6,000-acre, 8-mile long, spring-fed lake in the heart of Central Florida, surrounded by 110,000+ acres of wildlife preserves & cattle ranches, Lake Marian is known as the “best Crappie lake in the state,” according to the Florida Freshwater Commission. We are the only privately owned marina and RV park on Lake Marian in Kenansville, FL.

Located in southern Osceola County, Lake Marian Resort is about 1 hour from the Orlando airport. You can be at Disney, SeaWorld, or Universal Orlando within an hour and a half… or you can be on the beaches of the Atlantic within an hour. Tampa is just over 2 hours away, as are West Palm Beach and Daytona Beach.

Truly Paradise If you love to fish and just want to escape the hustle and bustle of life this is your place to be!!! We try to go at least twice a year and absolutely LOVE IT!!!! The staff at the marina are very friendly and informative as well. 
Floridas best kept secret! Located an hour from the hustle and bustle of Orlando & likewise with the Treasure Coast, on an 8 mile long natural lake, surrounded by woodlands, pastures and preserves, we get the best of both worlds! We have enjoyed crappie fishing and native bird watching here at Lake Marian Paradise, salt water fishing & dog friendly beaches on the Atlantic, kayaking and paddle-boarding on the inland waterway, snorkeling on several different fresh water springs, Disney, SeaWorld and more during our time here. Truly is Paradise.
This place is awesome Nothing fancy but sure down home! Fisherman's paradise in the middle of the Kissimmee chain of lakes on Lake Marian... the Crappie capital of Florida! Tourament quality bass lakes nearby! Cute little motel and cottages or bring your RV! Less than an hour from all the Disney attractions, the beaches of Melbourne and more. If you are the princess in The Princess and The Pea... this isn't for you. If you like to honker on down with some good ole boys and girls, hear some country or blue grass and spin a yarn or two all in a clean environment...this place is right up your alley!
